We always maintain the highest quality standards in our products. To achieve this, we have specialized laboratories for the chemical analysis of alcohol, as well as physical tests of sugar and molasses.
By means of a modern liquid chromatography system, we determine the sugars contained in the cane juice and the acquired molasses.
We have the latest technology necessary to evaluate the quality of each batch of anhydrous ethanol and ethyl alcohol that is produced in our facilities, including a modern gas chromatograph, as well as Karl Fisher equipment, equipment that allows us to determine the product impurities as well as its moisture content.
In addition, the permanganate time test and some others are carried out, which together with the organoleptic evaluation carried out by highly specialized engineers, allow us to guarantee our clients certified quality products.
